COMMERCIAL WASTE
Pre-shredded commercial waste containing valuable materials is loaded into a bunker using wheel loaders or grabs. It is then processed by a dosing drum that's equipped with special wrap protection to prevent entanglements. This setup allows for efficient sorting of up to 50 tons per hour - a highly efficient solution for your recycling tasks.
COMPOST
The Matthiessen dosing feeder for compost and green waste uses either a chain belt conveyor or a moving floor conveyor to effectively break down and separate materials for screening. The system carefully feeds the product onto conveyors, facilitated by easily replaceable wear parts like bolted carriers and blade units. Bunkers up to 100 cubic meters simplify storage and can be loaded with wheel loaders, grabs, or conveyor belts.
METALS
Our Matthiessen Dosing Bunker for metal shredder fractions is robust and precise. Equipped with an advanced push floor conveyor and specially adapted carrier shovels, the machine enables accurate material dosing with minimal fluctuations. The solid welded frame construction can withstand bulk weights up to 1400 kg/m³, ensuring optimal transfer of material to subsequent processes.
