Feeding capacity up to 30 t/h

Paper and cardboard are collected together. In some collection areas it is collected in bundles and in others in bags. In order to feed paper and cardboard for recycling, they must be separated from each other. This requires optimal preparation.

Bundles have to be dissolved and the bags opened and emptied. The Matthiessen bagsplitter / bag opener type SF K4 is the best solution. For dissolving and even dosing of e.g. 15 t/h feed material, only 18 kW are required.

A heavy-duty chain belt conveyor with up to 50 m³ hopper volume is available for this task. Frequency converters and level sensors guarantee uniform dosing.
