An important part of compost processing is the dissolving and separation of materials. Any type of screening technology works more efficiently for an optimum task.

Depending on the working width, the Matthiessen dosing units are equipped with a stable chain belt conveyor or moving floor conveyor. The feed product is separated by the dosing drum and dosed onto the following conveyor belt.

The bolted drivers and blade units allow the wear parts to be changed quickly.

Bunkers up to 100m³ allow good stocking for possible batch preparation processes.

The bunker is loaded by wheel loader or grabber. Loading with a customer conveyor belt is also possible.
